Preparing a House for Sale

This project was so extensive that I had to rely on my phone to photograph all the areas requiring repairs—almost maxing out my storage! The clients who hired me were absolutely incredible. Over the course of the work, I almost felt like I’d become part of their family.

Here’s what I accomplished during this intensive project:

- Filling gaps and cracks
- Repairing the crown molding frame (this was a real challenge!)
- Painting walls and ceilings in the bedroom and dining room
- Painting window frames
- Applying silicone where needed
- Repairing the fence
- Replacing weather-damaged exterior window components
- Repairing and painting all decorative features
- And so much more...
The list of tasks kept growing as the project progressed, and I eventually lost track of everything I did—it was a full 8 days (48 hours) of work! The total cost of the job was $2000, but the greatest reward for me was the chance to work with such wonderful people.
